New Music Tuesday
Eternity Invades was produced by upcoming new producer Jonathan MacIntosh (a former guitarist for Tim Hughes, Brenton Brown, Kevin Max and more). Beeching wrote all of the songs on the record, including collaborations with Robin Mark, Steve Fee and others.
“For me, the title sums up the record,” said Beeching. “It’s about raising our expectation of what can happen in the context of worship – reminding us that it’s a supernatural encounter and that God’s Kingdom can break in – eternity can invade, if we are seeking and wanting that.”
Beeching is featured in the current issue of Worship Leader in which she addresses the topic of theology in songwriting. Happy Easter!
We rejoice in our Savior, Jesus Christ, for the work He accomplished on the Cross!
“Now on the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they, and certain other women with them came to the tomb bringing the spices which they had prepared. But they found the stone rolled away from the tomb. Then they went in and did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. And it happened, as they were greatly perplexed about this, that behold, two men stood by them in shining garments. Then, as they were afraid and bowed their faces to the earth, they said to them, “Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but is risen! Remember how He spoke to you when He was still in Galilee, saying, ‘The Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.’” And they remembered His words. Then they returned from the tomb and told all these things to the eleven and to the rest.” – Luke 24:1-9

Fun with Philly!
Last week at Distribution we were blessed to have a visit from a few gentleman from CC Philadelphia. They came seeking ideas for a new training school and information for the bookstore and outreach ministries they have there.
Their trip included many stops, but we had the opportunity on Wednesday night to treat them to a Claim Jumper meal with Susan from the Chapel store along with Marie and myself from Customer service. We enjoyed some great food and fellowship with them as they shared not only their ideas for the upcoming months but also just the overall vision of their ministries.
Josh is the bookstore manager there and is fairly new to his position within the last year or so. Marie has been blessed to place their orders for them and assist him with this new journey. They also have other plans soon for expansion, possibly with a food venue.
Jerry is the assistant to Pastor Joe Focht there. He oversees all of the outreaches and travels to facilitate these events if needed. He has been blessed to be ministering there with Philly for the past 27 years. God led him from a very secure job at Johnson and Johnson to full time ministry with Pastor Joe.
Mark has been involved with Philly for about 5 years now. He, his wife and 14 year old son minister just down the way from Philly in the “downtown” areas that have more difficult circumstances. He was sharing with us his heart for the addicts, homeless and the shelters that they run. Marie and I spent most of our time just in awe of what he and his church have been involved with and the many blessings from serving the Lord. His main focus at this time is with the outreaches. They have one a month and sometimes this takes them all over the country for these. BTW – Mark and his wife sing J we got a sample Christmas song that he would love to make for the fall…
Today before hitting the road again with visits to Horizon and another store nearby they came by Distribution to walk the warehouse. They were unable to make it out this year for our book ministry conference in January so they wanted to get a short tour with us….
